Refund policy
Initial bookings
To ensure dedicated time with our clinicians, a booking deposit of $150 is required for all new patient appointments. Your deposit will be credited toward your visit. As appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations before or within 48hrs or failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your booking deposit.
Booking cancellations
Appointment cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked appointment time and date will incur a $355 fee.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns unless you experience an allergic reaction.
Eligibility for a Return
- If you have an adverse reaction to a Synergie skincare product, contact us.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the reaction.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@platinumdermatology.com.au with your order number, details of the reaction, and photos.
- Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
